It has been 4 months since September install of 4 seasons room. We already had raised foundation with screen-in porch. The new room with ductwork is comfy even in January!! We do have a 12 amp $50 space heater for extra warmth, but it is all windows! They built a nice little wood porch landing with steps that are excellent! Could not be happier with the quality, people or workmanship! I waited 4 months to give a review.

They buikt a nice sunroom for me 19 years ago. Went to see if they can fix the patio door on this custom-made door. Helpful and courtrous staff.

Having imagined the possibilities of a long time dream, and having visited one of their showrooms prior, I then called Exterior Designers, and went ahead with the plan to have a screenhouse erected off my back deck. I had spoken with Dave Jones at Exterior Designers about my wishes, and ultimately giving him the go ahead, I have much praise and appreciation to give to him and his building staff, for the excellence towards the care of help, workmanship and professionalism I received on every count, from the start to completion of my dream project. My total enjoyment of my finished screenhouse, can be shared in part with Dave and his staff. They made me feel like I was not just a customer, but respectfully, a part of their personal family. We had a 4 seasons room added to the rear of our residence. Dave Jones came out to do an estimate and was extremely helpful in providing all the necessary information to perform the task. We had the room constructed and installed much to our happiness. The workmanship was outstanding and completed within a week. Approx 1 year later had them return and install skirting to enclose the bottom. The installers along with Mr. Jones should receive the highest marks for there handling of the entire project. I would recommend Exterior Designers to anyone....Thx

year and a half ago, this company built a pergola on my deck with moving vanes to limit sunlight (that move remotely. They also added a special sun screen on one side sonce the sun was still too much of an issue. The pergola does a great job and we can finally sit outside during the summer.

We've had 2 structures built by Exterior Designers and we couldn't be more pleased. We spend more time out in our 3 seasons room and covered patio than we do inside the house. They do quality work and their sales and work force are a pleasure to deal with. If you want to make quality improvements to your home you need to contact Exterior Designers

We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Dave Jones. As a sales rep, he was friendly, honest, took a “no pressure” approach and was extremely professional. He was always on time for any appointment he made with us. His vast knowledge of the product was impeccable. He took the time to meet at the showroom to give us a better understanding of the size room he thought would look best on our house and provided us with a quote that day. He never pressured us into buying anything. He did believe in the project he was selling, that was quite evident. Once we made the decision to go ahead with the purchase, it wasn’t more than a few days and we had a contract and the room was ordered. He made the whole process seem effortless even though I’m sure behind the scenes, it wasn’t. We had one hiccup but he was right there to rectify it. He followed through on everything we asked and even came and helped put the heat pump in. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship of the room. The service we received from Dave, the workers who came to install it, including the electrician, were awesome. We love our room; we can’t wait to put the Christmas tree up and watch the snow fall!

I Have used this company for several things in my house. They have done both my bathrooms, added a four season room on the back plus installed a deck off of the season room. Put a deck on the front porch with railing. Dave Jones is my rep and he was very helpful on the planning of the room and decks. Exterior designers stand behind their product and has always been great to fix any problems that might arise. I have not had a problem to date with this company. I have dealt with many of the people who work with this company and they are always ready to help in any way.
